Performance rating where higher is better, teams start on 1500 points. Rating tier is a percentile based measurement of this compared to other teams.
Uncertainty in the rating. Lower values mean higher confidence in rating accuracy and higher values mean lower confidence.
How much a team's rating can fluctuate. Lower values indicate more consistent performance and higher values indicate variable performance.
